Holding a B.A (hons) in Theatre Arts from the University of Jos, Nigeria, she furthered her education with an M.A in Drama and Theatre Education from Warwick University, U.K, and an MPhil in Politics and International Development from Swansea University in Wales.

From spearheading medical laboratory services in the Nigeria Police to taking on pivotal roles in professional organizations, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence.

Peter is a dynamic professional with a background in Accounting & Finance, graduating from Covenant University in Ogun State, Nigeria, and furthering his education with a Master’s Degree in Management from London Metropolitan University.","With over 15 years of extensive experience spanning financial institutions in both Nigeria and the UK, Peter has honed his expertise in Financial Management, Compliance, Operational Risk Management, and more.

Tobore O. Okah-Avae, PhD, is a distinguished scholar whose expertise lies in Corporate Governance and Corporate Law within the Anglo-American context. Graduating from Lancaster University Law School in 2019, his doctoral research delved into the justice of excessive CEO compensation, with a specific emphasis on British and American company executives.
